How much is the Program?

Great Question. The initial session is $247. This 90 min session via zoom will help me fully understand your obstacles and what's underneath them.

If we both feel we are a good fit and you feel good about my process, I will extend an invitation to work with me in the 6 week RTW program.

The program is $1997 if you pay upfront. Otherwise it's $385/week for 6 weeks totaling $2310 (Weekly payments will be charged automatically).

What kind of results should I expect during the 6 weeks?

The results you will see greatly depends on so many factors but ultimately we will be concentrating on the known like cravings, self-sabotage, body image issues. The goal for the 6 weeks if to alleviate these symptoms so you KNOW without a shadow of a doubt you WILL lose weight in a sustainable way.
